Hello! My name is Conrad and I'm happy to help. I've fallen in love with the Roseville area and would love to be of service. As a former Sergeant First Class in the Army Band, I love to serve, entertain, educate and inspire others. I'm a dedicated husband and father of two young children and would love the opportunity to serve buyers and sellers in the Roseville area including Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Auburn, Folsom and Sacramento. The great thing about our area is we are within two hours of the Bay, the beach, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe! Here's a review from one of my clients: “I really enjoyed working with Conrad as he is helpful, enthusiastic, and professional and he made the home buying experience very pleasant. He helped demystify the home buying process.... he provided prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Conrad to anyone looking for real estate agent because he will go above and beyond for his clients." -Veronica Perez Call or text me anytime at 916-872-5080 All the best, Conrad
