I have decades of experience in sales and negotiations in both commercial and residential sales. I serve the Niles area of Fremont and surrounding areas including Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Leandro, San Ramon, Danville, Diablo, Walnut Creek. I offer personal connections with my clients, offering a hands-on, realistic, no fluff experience each time, every time. My passion for working with people drives my business model which is based on constant communication, availability, willingness to answer questions or concerns, and a solid work ethic based on trust, honesty, and integrity. I have helped buyers and sellers in the Bay Area with their real estate needs and enjoy working with first time home buyers, seasoned buyers, and everyone in between. I have a personal passion for community service, with a special focus on helping homeless families and foster children, and I often collect donations for local homeless shelters. I support The Sisters of the Holy Family and Action Against Hunger and each year, I volunteer helping organize an annual fundraiser to help fight world hunger.
