About Me
Colleen is a Monmouth County resident for 40+ years, currently residing in Middletown
and is a full time REALTOR(r) since 1996. She prides herself on offering her clients in-
depth knowledge of the local communities she services with unsurpassed expertise in the
local real estate markets. She has a positive attitude and excellent people skills,
consistently resulting in ‘worry free’ transactions for her clients – who have become
lifelong friends.
She is committed to continuing real estate education, ensuring she provides her clients
with a higher standard of customer service. She is a licensed New Jersey Broker-
Associate since 1999, and has earned the following designations: ABR - Accredited
Buyer’s Representative, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro - Internet
Marketing Specialist, GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, SRS – Seller Representative
Specialist, SRES - Senior Residential Specialist, and Certifications: AHWD – At Home
With Diversity, PSA – Pricing Strategy Advisor. As an active member in my profession,
she has received numerous honors including the Monmouth County Association of
Realtors “Realtor-Associate of the Year 2008”, NJAR Distinguished Sales Club and
NJAR Circle of Excellence Awards. She is currently serving as 2022-2023 President of Monmouth
Ocean Regional Realtors, and serves on the Board of Directors for NJ Realtors &
National Association of Realtors. She is a believer of giving back to her community and
supports Fulfill formerly The Food Bank, Clean Ocean Action and Jason’s Dreams for
Kids.
Originally from the Bronx, she is an avid Yankee and Dallas Cowboy fan. When she is
not working with her clients, she loves to travel to the Caribbean or Europe. The joys of
her life are her seven nieces, one nephew, and their 4 dogs. She is thankful for a
wonderful family and amazing friends.
