Nick & Cindy have Real Estate experience in the Tampa Bay area since 2005. They have completed over 1,100 Real Estate Transactions totaling more than $170 million in sales. Nick & Cindy consistently seek to improve themselves through training and education earning Real Estate designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE), Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and E-PRO. Nick & Cindy also provide Property Management services to their clients and have managed up to 40 properties at any given time.
Awards and Recognition as RE/MAX Real Estate agents Nick & Cindy have achieved 100% Club 5 years and Platinum Club recognition 11 years. Nick & Cindy have earned the RE/MAX status of Hall of Fame in 2011 and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Nick & Cindy met and were married in 1987 while they were both stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany, serving in the 3rd Infantry Division. As soldiers, Nick, & Cindy each completed Drill Sergeant School and served as Drill Sergeants, United States Army Airborne School and Nick also completed Air Assault School.
Nick & Cindy have relocated their family more 25 times over the years. They have resided in Germany, Korea, Georgia, South Carolina, Kansas, and Florida. They have completely remodeled a home together. They have a son, Nicholas, a daughter-in-law, Lauren, a boxer grand-dog named Calvin and two chihuahua sisters named Ella and Bella.
Nick & Cindy value home-ownership and love working in the Real Estate Profession. Nick & Cindy bought their first home in Columbus, Georgia in 1989, thereafter due to many relocations’ home-ownership was not always a possibility while serving in the military. Many times, renting was the only option.
