Chris Shols is a Real Estate sales partner alongside Hahn Shols, and a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and STEM workforce advocate on California's Central Coast and Santa Maria. Chris is the Founder and Program Director of the Central Coast STEM Connect Initiative (CCSCI), partnered with the iINNOVATE Regional Skills Lab — a regional effort connecting K–12 and community college students with career pathways in science, technology, engineering, medical, marketing, media, mathematics, skilled trades, and entrepreneurship. As a Career Coach, Chris develops STEM exploration programs in partnership with Allan Hancock College, leads applied research and development projects, and guides student-led initiatives in Aerospace, AI, Agriculture, Drones, Advanced Manufacturing, Automation, and Predictive Analytics. He actively bridges education, industry, and government to strengthen the regional talent pipeline — spearheading and assisting in organizing STEM Career Events, Panel Discussions, and venues that connect students directly with employers and educational opportunities. Chris's mission is simple: create real pathways for students pursuing high-demand careers while helping local employers build a stronger workforce.
