Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience and have successfully closed hundreds of transactions ranging from 1st time home buyers to mulit-million dollar lake front estates. I have lived in the Minneapolis Area for over 45 years and am an expert in the Minneapolis and St. Paul real estate markets.
With over a 99% close ratio, over 99% + of my clients end up closing on their real estate sale, purchase or both! Recipient of more than 20 real estate awards including being named as a "Super Agent" by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine multiple times.
An entrepreneur by heart, I have successfully conceived, built and sold multiple businesses prior to my real estate career, including Minnesotas first centralized Golf Tee Time Reservation network. I bring the same entrepreneurial ferver to my real estate career and work closely with my clients to help them manage all their real estate needs in a timely and professional manner. I also believe it is important to give back to our community. I have coached several years of youth sports and also served 5 years on the City of Woodland's City Council as council member and Mayor Pro Tempore. Following my tenure on the City Councel I was asked by the Mayor to serve as Woodland's representative as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD), and served two 2 year terms. The LMCD is a Government body charged with overseeing the health and preservation of Lake Minnetonka one of Minnesota's premier lakes!
