My goal is to service each client with the standard of excellence and care that I would wish to have. I am an avid Triathlete and love all three aspects of running, biking, and swimming. I have competed locally, nationally, and at the World Championships. I am a former swim coach and love working with people to achieve their goals. I also enjoy growing food in my garden as well as taking care of my 6 chickens for my own organic fresh eggs. I am grateful for every opportunity I have to help my clients.
