I have almost a decade of knowledge in Sales and Leasing in the real estate industry. I was also the Director of the Commercial Division at Keller Williams Realty 2018-2020. I trained established agents with commercial sales and leasing skills, also created tools to research and analyze the market demands to help improve consumer protection. I am very proficient in managing real estate transactions from initiation to closing. I provide my consumers with demographic studies, environmental research and significantly more financial analysis to help them determine a basic margin of safety in their investments. I am an expert in conflict resolution and in Negotiations with closed transactions over $50 million and growing.
