With 20 years of experience serving the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding communities, I bring deep local knowledge and a steady, client‑focused approach to every transaction. My market areas include Port Townsend, Port Ludlow, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, as well as Kitsap and Clallam Counties—regions I know not just as a real estate professional, but as a long‑time resident who understands their unique character and opportunities. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a RE/MAX Executive Agent, I guide clients with expertise across a wide range of property types, including investment properties, waterfront and view homes, acreage, and vacant land. Whether helping seniors navigate the next chapter, supporting first‑time buyers, or advising investors, I’m committed to clear communication, informed strategy, and smooth, confident decision‑making. Outside of real estate, I recharge by hiking the Peninsula’s trails, traveling, reading, and practicing yoga—interests that help keep me grounded, energized, and connected to the lifestyle this area offers. I look forward to meeting you..... I enjoy building relationships to ensure that my clients are investing in exactly what they are seeking.
