About Me

Bringing BALANCE and STRENGTH to your Real Estate needs Chris grew up in Bloomington and has lived in almost every part of the city from Ellettsville, to Unionville to the Courthouse Square. He graduated with a degree in Engineering and immediately went to work in the family business, a local real estate firm specializing in commercial development. His next step was to complete his engineer training and secure a position with a local civil design and architectural firm. While employed as an engineer Chris worked on the side as a contractor building townhomes and learning finance. In the late 90s he went back into the family business and worked on commercial developments that included Whitehall Crossing, Clear Creek Crossing and the restoration of the Historic Louben Building. The current home of Opie Taylors, the Louben housed Pagliai’s Pizza which was featured in the movie Breaking Away. In 2006 Chris and his wife Betsy took their daughter on an adventure to Charlotte, NC where he took a job as Department Manager for an engineering firm. While in Charlotte they added a son to their family and decided that Bloomington was the best place to raise their children. Chris is a Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties. With a lifetime of knowledge in the real estate industry, Chris has the background to assist you in your residential or commercial real estate needs.
