Chris Formico grew up near Minneapolis, Minnesota and found himself wanting to travel and move outside of his hometown. When he was 20 years old he enlisted in the Air Force. He was sent to Germany for 2 years and then finished his 4 year term at a Hurlburt Field in the Florida Panhandle. He decided to continue his adventure in Florida and moved down to the up and coming city of St. Petersburg in 2013. Here he fell in love with the area and decided to settle in, just in time to see the city grow dramatically. In 2014 he got licensed to sell residential real estate in Florida and has been doing sales as well as property management full time ever since. In his free time he likes to play volleyball, spend time with his petting zoo which includes 2 cats and a dog and travel the US and Europe mostly, with aspirations to explore Central and South America.
