Chaz Holden is an expert at identifying real estate opportunities because negotiation and due diligence are at the forefront of every entrepreneurial venture he has owned and operated. Chaz has a proven track record of hustle and grit that is required to start and run any successful business. His dedication to hard work and excellent customer service has earned him the reputation as an expert when helping clients find their forever homes and investment properties. He gained this strong work ethic by owning several businesses, from jewelry to flipping cars, day trading/investing, and even writing a book during his freshman year of college.
These building blocks have provided him with the necessary experiences of both failure and success. Chaz is a recent graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business, and he holds a degree in Finance and a minor in studio arts graphic design.
Chaz was born and raised in South Carolina and fell in love with Hilton Head Island as a boy. His family has owned property on the island for over 20 years. He used to know and love this island as a second home and is now proud to call this beautiful island home. Chaz is patient and kind and will take all the time you need to find that perfect property.
