I am the Former Owner/Broker of CZN Realty Corporation in Manhattan, NY. I am currently a Licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I am a US Army Veteran and a Retired Supervisory Federal Criminal Investigator. I have been a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Home Pros in New Jersey for 20 years. For most of that time I have teamed up with Melony Zecchino who is also an experienced Agent at RE/MAX Home Pros. . Together during the past 20 years we have provided assistance to numerous Buyers and Sellers.
