About Me
Chad has been a resident of Winchester/Frederick County since moving to the area in 1990 to attend Shenandoah University, where he earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Chad and his wife have two daughters, ages 24 and 20. Chad has had a successful career in special education as well as coaching soccer in the community for over two decades, and became a licensed real estate agent in 2019. To have the ability to assist clients in buying or selling a home-one of the biggest decisions that we all make in our lives-is a rewarding experience. Chad is looking forward to expanding his knowledge base and growing as a realtor by working in collaboration with the depth of experience within the Sheila Pack Team and RE/MAX Roots.
