- Life long Southern California resident - born in Riverside and grew up and attended school in Alhambra. - Prior to getting into real estate I worked in the following lines of work - residential construction, retail sales and management, property management and residential development. - Obtained Real Estate Sales license in 1979 and my Broker's License in 1981. Worked for local San Gabriel Valley REALTOR's until 1984 when I opened my own company. Closed my office in mid 1990's and again went to work for other local Brokers. - Held numerous positions within the business - Broker/Owner and Corporate Officer, Manager, Assistant Manager, Trainer, Coach, Mentor, Designated Broker file review, all the while still doing personal sales production. - Transaction experience includes - Residential Single Family, Residential Income 1-4 and Multi-unit Apartments, small Commercial storefronts and freestanding buildings, neighborhood strip centers, Industrial properties, land/lot acquisitions for Condo development and Residential and Commercial leases. - Familiar with Standard sales, Trust and Probate sales, distressed and foreclosure sales, and 1031 Exchanges - Designations earned - GRI, CRB, SRES
