About Me
Chad grew up in Plantation and attended Valencia College in Orlando before moving on to a career in the entertainment industry in LA. Over the years, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Miley Cyrus, Michael J. Fox, Taylor Swift, Jack Black, Selena Gomez, and Ben Stiller. Despite his success in entertainment, Chad also has a passion for real estate and has been buying and selling properties for over 20 years.
Chad loves spending time on the water and enjoys boating whenever he gets the chance. He is also a fan of creative projects and is always looking for new ways to express himself artistically. Chad is happily married to his wife, Beth, and they have two children, Jake and Jordan. Jake lives in LA and works in editing, while Jordan is pursuing her dream of becoming a writer in Boston. The family recently welcomed a new Golden Retriever named Rylee, who has quickly become a beloved member of the household.
Chad's love of real estate led him to discover his talent for finding great deals and transforming homes into beautiful, functional spaces. He enjoys taking on new projects and fixing up homes to sell. In fact, Chad bought a famous hoarder house in Plantation that was featured on A&E's Hoarders. He completely renovated the home and now lives in it with his family. Chad's passion for real estate has allowed him to build a successful career as a real estate investor and entrepreneur.
