Celestine is a native Texan who grew up in metropolitan Houston. She and her husband have bought and sold several homes and relocated. Because it is one of the largest investments of a lifetime the process can be confusing, frustrating, and indecisive. It's important to have a full-time experienced professional with a background in financing helping you from the start of this transaction to closing.
Throughout her 20+ years' experience she has mastered many facets of the industry by staying abreast of the economy, how the real estate market changes, and learning negotiating techniques to help her clients earn the most value with the least hassle whether they were buying, selling, or investing.
Planning and preparation, marketing, level up technology, and negotiating are tools she willingly offers when your timing is right. She is ready to meet. It is an important first step to listen to your needs, consult, and advise on the entire business transaction, and understand what you want to accomplish.
She helps buyers or sellers that are A+ luxury, downsizers, moving up, relocating, first timers, down payment assistance or credit challenged. She has a mix in her network.
When not helping her clients she enjoys quality time with family/friends. She loves cooking, gardening, reading, and volunteering with Sr. Assisted living communities, various church ministries and teaching children's social skills. Celestine still donates a percentage of her commission to the Veterans Administration and the Boys and Girls clubs of America. Celestine is a member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Texas Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR)
