š“ Meet Cathy Stout ā Your Coastal Shell Realtor š Originally from central New Jersey, Iāve been enjoying the Florida lifestyle for over 20 years and now proudly call it home full-time. Iām married, a proud mom of five (including two sets of twins!), and a grandmother to three with another on the way. Needless to say, family life is always vibrant and full of joy! With over 30 years of expertise in marketing and business, I bring seasoned experience and a personal touch to real estate. As a full-time Realtor, my passion is helping you find the perfect fitāwhether that means upsizing, downsizing, relocating from out of state or country, or finding your forever dream home right here in paradise. Listening to your needs and goals will always be my top priority. Community involvement is a big part of who I am. Iām honored to serve as Vice President of the Ladies Auxiliary at St. Katherine Drexel, and Iāve spent two years on the Womenās Council of Realtors board, helping organize events and serving as Hospitality Chair. I also dedicated two years to the governing board of local charter schools, working closely with school budgets and community programs. Giving back is just as important to me as serving my clients. When Iām not working or volunteering, youāll often find me walking the shoreline, collecting shells. To me, every shell has its own unique storyājust like every home. Your home will hold stories too: the ones youāve created and the ones waiting to unfold when you buy or sell. āØ Letās create your next chapter, one shell at a time š ā Your Coastal Shell Realtor.
