My background is real estate investment. I've been a landlord and fix n' flipper for 24 years, so I have a unique market perspective. I'm past president of the Real Estate Investors Association of Livingston County, and a certified home stager as well as a short sale and foreclosure specialist. In my "other life" I was an art director at an ad agency, so marketing is important to me. Creative marketing is critical in sellling a home these days.
