About Me
My name is Caroline Sullivan. I am a native of Anderson County and have been active in Real Estate in my home town for 17 years. When I begain my career in 2006, the Real Estate industry had suffered a serious melt down. Despite these challenges, I was able to build, grow and succeed in my career, overcoming obstacles at a time when it was considered impossible.
In addition to my real estate career, for 34 years I have been co owner with my husband, Van Sullivan Sr. of our professional photography studio, Van Sullivan Photography. This experience has not only afforded me the status of being "well connected" but access to a vast customer base all over the upstate, from which I am able to offer my expert customer/client services as a Realtor.
Customer Service, strong communication and expert negotiation skills are my specialty. One of my strongest assets is engaging my clients best interest without compromising ethics. I will work with you to create custom strategies, leveraging all tools available, including print, internet and social media, containing over 2800 personal clients and friends to reach the widest audience and get your home sold!
I have been a professional fitness instructor for 34 years and currently hold a certification in Group Fitness, Active Aging and SilverSneakers. I currently own my online fitness business, teaching in the early mornings before I start my work day as well as teaching Seniors, for Centerwell Primary Care Associates two times a week. My other hobbies include tennis, gardening and relaxing with my husband and our four cats.
I am a graduate of Anderson College (now University) with a Liberal Arts degree and completed my education in business and communications at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC.
