Carmen Rau
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Albany, NY and the Capital Region are great places to live and work, which is why Carmen Rau chose to call it home. With roots in the Southwest, Carmen came to the Northeast in 1980 and a few years later to Upstate NY. Carmen brings more than 30 years of non-profit management and community service experience to help you navigate the sometimes complicated process of buying and selling a home or investment property. Whether it is working with lenders, affordable housing programs, selling an estate, or navigating the process of purchasing a foreclosure, Carmen knows what to do or someone who does. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking agent who will fiercely advocate for your interests, look no further. When Carmen isn’t out on the road with clients, you will find her digging in the garden in the backyard or hiking in the woods with her kids.
