Cari Poscente is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with REMAX Advantage in Henderson, NV specializing in residential sales alongside her partner in RE and Life, husband Steven Poscente. Cari was first licensed as a Realtor Idaho in 1997 and became a Broker in 2005. She was the co-owner of a development company and the broker of their Real estate company. Cari would acquire land that they would then improve the land into subdivisions, market the lots, sold them to builders, and then represented builders. She has worked with an array of people from landowners to the City Council, Planning and Zoning, engineers, and various subcontractors. She has won various awards during her Real Estate Career including several years in the Million Dollar Club with the Ada County Associations of Realtors. Cari has a zest for life and loves her family and trying new things. She has traveled the world, she is a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo, certified scuba diver and has golfed since she was a young girl. Cari has one son who lives in Idaho with his wife and their 4 children making Cari a beaming “Nana”. If you were to ask Cari what she loves most about her life she would say “First obviously my family but after that I love helping people.” She understands how important purchasing real estate is and with all of her experience is looking forward to helping her clients go through this process and doing everything she can to make is smooth and seamless as possible.
