Welcome to Lake Okoboji, the heart of laid-back lake living. I'm Brooke Jones, Broker with Team Evans & Jones at RE/MAX Lakes Realty, proudly serving the Iowa Great Lakes including Okoboji, Arnolds Park, Spirit Lake, Milford, and the surrounding communities. There’s no place I’d rather live, work, and raise my family. My husband Aaron, our children Emersyn and Ajay, and our lake-loving dog Kya share my passion for this incredible community. As a positive and trustworthy real estate professional, I pride myself on simplifying the buying and selling process and making every step hassle-free. Whether you’re searching for a family-friendly home near schools and parks or your dream lakefront retreat on the Iowa Great Lakes, I guide and educate my clients so they feel confident from start to finish. I hold designations as an ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RSPS® (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), and I’m also an active Iowa Notary. In 2017, Tracy Evans and I formed Team Evans & Jones to create a client-first real estate experience. Tracy’s deep community connections paired with my drive to leverage the latest technology and marketing give our clients an edge. Together, we go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results and we believe buying or selling a home should be exciting, rewarding, and yes… fun!
