✨ Why hire me as your Butler County, PA Realtor? I’ve been on both sides — investor, builder, flipper, landlord, developer, and agent. I’ve personally bought 21 properties, sold 7, and have helped 50+ clients do the same. 🏡 I’ve house-hacked and BRRRR’d, using FHA, Conventional, Construction, Commercial, and Renovation loans. 📸 I treat every listing like my own — professional photos, strong marketing. 👶 Got kids at showings? No worries — I’ll likely bring my twins too. 🐾 Dog mom, boater, Pinot snob, sparkling water addict, bookworm, and business co-owner with my husband. Most importantly, I truly care. If your home won’t sell because it’s outdated, I’ll kindly tell you. Need to see 18 houses? Let’s go — comfy shoes on. I treat clients like friends — and I’m proud of that. Let’s buy or sell your home the smart way. ❤️
