REMAX Nautical Realty
Brenda Cole
Broker/Owner
My husband and I were both licensed in the 70's! We owned Prudential Cole REALTORS, and associated with RE/MAX in 2013. My husband was president of Cape Coral Association of REALTORS as well as his father! We both have been REALTOR OF THE YEAR 3 TIMES We both are Graduates Real Estate Institute, have many awards, such as top 1% in the Nation with Prudential, RE/MAX LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT, HALL OF FAME, DIAMOND,TITAN,& PLATINUM Club Team AWARDS, but really the knowledge of this area having moved here in the 60's is what set us above to help! Love helping the elderly relocate and have an understanding of what their families go through as my mom and many of my customers are dealing with dementia and Alzheimers. Also love counseling first time home buyers and help them get their feet wet with the biggest investment of their lives. We also work with investors and 1031 exchanges, bank foreclosures, and "cash for your home". A few of our hobbies are boating, "beaching", car racing, watching our grandkids grow and attending their activities. And of course, attending any live performances we can in the arts!
