Blaney Williams is a REALTOR® with REMAX Southern Coast serving buyers and sellers in Brunswick County, North Carolina. A North Carolina native, he moved to the Southport–Oak Island area in 1999 and owned and operated The Wine Rack in downtown Southport for eight years. Since beginning his real estate career in 2011, Blaney has focused on helping retirees and second-home buyers find a property that suits their plans for coastal living. His years as a local business owner and resident give him a personal connection to the area and a practical perspective to share with clients exploring its communities. Having lived on Oak Island and now in Historic Southport, Blaney understands the appeal of both beach living and life in a waterfront town. He enjoys the coastal lifestyle with his wife, Carson, and their two children, and appreciates the opportunity to help others make this area part of their lives. Whether clients are planning for retirement, searching for a vacation home, or preparing to sell, his approach centers on understanding their priorities and helping them make informed decisions. For help buying or selling in Southport, Oak Island, and the surrounding areas, reach out to Blaney to discuss your next move.
