Betty has been awarded RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club (x5) , 100% Club (x6) and Executive Club Awards. She was selected by clients to receive the 5 Star Award in Customer Service in 2008-2024. Betty was selected to the receive the 5 Star Legends Award in 2024. Ranked in the Top 1% of agents in the Kansas City Area. I moved to the Johnson County, KS area 40 years ago.. Licensed in KS and MO. Betty served on the Board of Directors for the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. Past Chair for the Ambassadors for Olathe Chamber. Betty has received the honor of receiving the Dana Ketterling Volunteer of the Year Award (2020) and Ambassador of the Year Award (2016).. Betty has served on the board of the Landlords of Johnson County for several years and is the past president of Forest Hills HOA.
When the real estate market turned in 2008, Betty recognized a true need for a rental/property management company. She started with two properties, and has grown the business to manage over 250 properties, and has leased over 1100 properties. She started Rental Home KC, as a perfect addition to selling real estate. She has developed her RE/MAX business into the BettySimmonsTeam.com to assist her growing business.
