I have been a fulltime realtor for 20+ years, I love real estate, I like seeing my clients in the grocery with their family and getting to know them also, I enjoy showing houses, I feel like the Fannie Mae/freddie mac creditsmart and listing distressed properties is such an opportunity, I get excited about them. I work with alot of investors, first time buyers and most of all word of mouth referrals, past clients are usually known as my close friends.
