Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire, Ben spent much of his childhood vacationing in the woods and on the lakes of northern New Hampshire and Maine. In 1997, he decided to make the White Mountains his home and has been part of the community ever since. Before entering real estate professionally, Ben spent more than 20 years in the service industry while also taking on remodeling and property improvement projects. Those experiences taught him the importance of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships. Real estate was always part of the conversation. If you stopped by the bar, chances are the topics included Patriots football, motorcycles, and real estate. As a real estate investor for more than 15 years, Ben and his business partners built a successful rental property business. Buying, renovating, renting, and managing properties gave him firsthand experience that he now puts to work for his clients. In 2019, Ben turned his passion for real estate into a full-time career. Today, he is a New Hampshire REALTOR® and Associate Broker with RE/MAX in the Mountains, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout the White Mountains. Ben brings more than sales experience to the table. His background in investing, renovations, rental properties, and customer service helps him recognize opportunities, anticipate challenges, and provide practical advice.
