Before I got my license I always had questions no one could answer regarding my closings. Now I'm more of a real estate counselor because I have made it my mission to educate my clients; they know what to do & what to expect during their transaction & close with no surprises! I monitor the mortage company, the title company & work with any agents involved to ensure a smoother, less stressful transaction. My business is mainly client referrals.
