I moved to Texas in 1983, and was fortunate to enter into the real estate business by working with a builder. I have gained vast knowledge of construction due to the fact that I sold new homes and did re-hab on foreclosure properties in the mid 80's. I joined RE/MAX in 1992 to have the flexibility to assist clients in all aspects of real estate including new homes (10+ years experiece in new home sales), rental property, and residential resale.
