My name is Basil Trenham and I've been married for 6 years and have two kids with my wife Sophia and a third on the way. My interest in real estate began first as an investor in Redlands, CA where I've purchased a few properties at age 22 and 24 and continue to invest in real estate in CA and out of state. I quickly realized the incredible asset that is Real Estate is and wanted to help others both better understand it and make it more approachable for those looking to buy and sell. And thus, I became a Realtor in early 2025. I thoroughly enjoy helping first time home buyers, home buying/selling veterans, and everyone in between navigate the constantly changing world of Residential Real Estate.
