Barry Gruchow is a licensed realtor with Re/Max Legacy, based in Fargo/Moorhead area. He began his career in January 2020 and quickly established himself as a rising star in the industry. In his first year, he earned executive status, and in his second year, he achieved Platinum status. He was also the 4th highest earner in commissions with Re/Max in the state of ND.
In 2022, Barry Gruchow reached Platinum status as an individual and teamed up with Ryan Collins to form the Collins | Gruchow group. The team quickly established themselves as a Team, earning the #1 spot in the State of ND for both total transactions and commissions earned within the brand. In addition, the Collins | Gruchow Group qualified for Chairman’s status within the brand and Barry was selected for Torch Bearers, which identifies the top 5 Re/Max agents in the state under 40 years old. Barry's primary focus is on new construction and the luxury market in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
When he's not busy serving his clients, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
