When I first started in Real Estate, armed with a pen and a carbon copy contract, buyers and sellers treated the market much differently. It was not casual party conversation to talk about how much your home was worth or how low interest rates were. The smell of a warm fax in the office meant an agent was getting an offer. I was in much better shape in those days because I was constantly lifting my 10- pound cellular phone to my ear. Times may have changed, but the dedication to my clientele has not. Markets go up and down…but the reality is that people need a place to call home in every market. I have spent years developing relationships with industry professionals that share a similar customer service-based philosophy. Housing is personal…some clients need hand holding and others hand me the keys and let me handle the details. Hiring a full-service career broker has its perks!
I am a native to this area, and more importantly...I love the Sacramento region and enjoy sharing it's gifts with others. I volunteer my service to the Sacramento Association of Realtors as well as for the California Association of Realtors. I am an advocate for homeowners and private property rights.
