Ashley earned a degree in Business Management and Marketing along with a certificate in Bookkeeping. Before becoming licensed, she spent six years as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title and nearly eight years as a Closing Specialist at Farm Credit Services of America, giving her a strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and the details that keep transactions on track. Since becoming licensed in 2020, Ashley has helped nearly 200 families buy or sell homes throughout Rapid City and the greater Black Hills area. She averages approximately 35 transactions per year and consistently ranks among the top-performing agents in the local market. Her specialties include first-time buyers, move-up buyers, relocation clients, and military relocation.
