Born in Potsdam, Germany in 1977, I learned early that hard work, honesty, reliability, and commitment are the foundation for success. After completing my Abitur, I attended hotel school and began my career working in 4- and 5-star hotels, where I developed a strong passion for customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. In 2007, my husband Martin and I moved from Germany to Cape Coral, Florida, where we built our new life and started our own business in vacation rentals and property management. Since then, we worked side by side, growing our company through dedication, personal service, and the trust of our homeowners and guests. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience with Southwest Florida homes, vacation rentals, investment properties, property management, and the local market. In 2020, I earned my Florida Real Estate License, allowing me to combine my many years of property experience with real estate. Today, I help clients buy and sell homes, investment properties, and vacation rental properties throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. I believe my clients deserve someone who listens, communicates, works hard, and truly looks out for their best interests. Trust is something that has to be earned, and I take that responsibility very seriously. Southwest Florida is more than where we work—it is where we built our home, our business, and our future. I would be honored to help you find your place in Southwest Florida, too. Ariane Gaede
