Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father was a developer who built homes, apartment buildings, and subdivisions, and I grew up watching the process from the ground up. As a teenager and young adult, I worked alongside him renovating investment properties, gaining hands-on experience with many aspects of construction and home improvement. My mother’s background in interior design also gave me an early appreciation for how thoughtful design and presentation can bring out the best in a property. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Business Administration and a background in finance, including Corporate Financial Management and Personal Financial Planning. That combination of construction knowledge and financial education gives me a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate a property, both as a home and as an investment. Education and service have also shaped who I am. I homeschooled my children for 21 years and taught at a local private school, experiences that strengthened my ability to listen, explain information clearly, remain patient, and help others make confident decisions. I also serve as treasurer of my homeowners association. As a mother of eight, I understand that a home is about more than square footage and price. It is where families grow, memories are made, and futures are built. Whether helping someone buy their first home, sell a longtime family home, relocate, or consider an investment property, my goal is to understand what matters most to them and guide them with honesty, professionalism, and personal attention. Real estate brings together many things I value—homes, finance, education, service, and people. I consider it a privilege to help clients understand their options, connect with trusted professionals, and move confidently toward their goals.
