I have over 20 years of experience in real estate finance as well as the real estate market, excelling in marketing and receiving several “Over the Top” awards for Customer Excellence. My husband and I have bought, sold, and manage properties over the years and are excited to live, work, and play in Colorado! Originally from Louisville Kentucky, my family and I moved to Louisville Colorado from Coastal North Carolina in 2011. We have lived in some beautiful place and worked with some wonderful real estate properties from the beaches to the mountains. I specialize in Boulder County and metro Denver, working smart to help educate and inform my clients with their real decisions. Helping first time homebuyers to luxury sellers and buyers. I look forward to hearing from you! See my recent reviews at this link: https://socialsurvey.me/pages/april-porterfield
