- Ann Concannon
About Ann Real Estate is in Ann’s blood. Her parents operated a successful brokerage involving the entire family working in the business. As a child, she fell in love with the MAYLAND (Mitchell, Avery, and Yancey Counties) area and its people. Her intimate knowledge of the region and real estate sales along with great communication skills, help guide her clients through the entire selling or buying process. Ann and her husband, Jim, are not just residents of the Pensacola area, they are active contributors to its community. They tend to honey bees and chickens, cultivate gardens, and practice woodworking. Their involvement with Mitchell-Yancey Habitat for Humanity is not just a commitment, it's a passion. They are deeply inspired by the organization’s mission, “Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and he.”
