Hello and Welcome~ If you are reading this, most likely I was recommended to you by a friend, family member, neighbor or co worker of yours, that I have helped with the process of either buying a home, selling a home, or both. They wanted to make sure that you will be well taken care of by a Realtor that has almost 30 years of experience in all aspects of home ownership. I have taken part in assisting over 800 families since 1997 in buying and selling homes in Kansas City and surrounding areas. Not buying or selling in the KC area? I can also connect you to a Realtor anywhere in the world to fit whatever your situation may be. I specialize in helping First Time Home Buyers, Move up Buyers, New Homes Sales, Divorcees making life changes, Baby Boomers, and everything in between. Finding a Realtor is not just about a sign going in a yard, or unlocking a door for you. Selling a home can also include a variety of emotions, from excitement and relief to anxiety and sadness. Every clients personality is different, and every one has their own preferences that shape their approach in decision making . It is my job to get to get to know you, how you communicate, your lifestyle, and what is important to YOU. I am here to walk you through the process every step of the way so that you feel comfortable & confident with the choices you are making as you enter this next new chapter of your life. It is my goal for you to have such a positive experience in working with me, that you are already thinking of another friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker that you can hardly wait to share my contact information ~ANGELA SEYMOUR, MY REALTOR. I am proud to say I have many, many, many clients, that I have had the honor of getting to work with each generation of their family.
