Having been a resident of Martin County for over 30 years, I’ve been fortunate to witness the growth of our charming coastal community and feel enormous pride that the Treasure Coast has been able to maintain our small-town vibe while having all the amenities bigger cities boast. Spend a few minutes with me on the phone, or in person, and let me use my expertise and in-depth local knowledge to find you the perfect home, investment property, community, or lifestyle for your unique situation. If you're looking to sell, my professional and personal acumen will allow me to market your property expertly, allowing for every offer to be “Highest & Best” when I’m finished negotiating on your behalf. As someone who has also relocated, I understand what an undertaking any type of move can be, and I would be honored if you allowed me to help you with that process. Being an avid golfer and fisherman, I specialize in golf communities in Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach counties and I'm an expert on waterfront homes and the boating lifestyle. Why not let my hobbies benefit your buying or selling process? With Martin County being known for multiple “A” rated schools, education is often on the forefront of your mind when looking to buy, and should be a consideration when you are selling, as well. I am a graduate of Martin County High School and the University of Florida (GO GATORS) and earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. My priority is always to help you achieve YOUR real estate goals. I am a full-time Realtor that takes pride in providing thoughtful, professional, and unparalleled customer service with every deal. I'm honored to say that I was awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in 2022 by my peers at the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast. If you want a JUST SOLD, just SELL with Andy!
