I lived and worked in the UK until 2000 and for the last 20 years of that time was the Property Director of a public quoted property investment company. I am still actively involved as a principal in commercial property investment in the UK. Since relocating to Florida I have focused on working with UK buyers of homes, businesses and investments in SW Florida. I have personal experience of issues affecting overseas buyers and owners in Florida.
