In 2024 I expanded to start a Team by bringing on an experienced licensed agent to work with me. It has been a huge win for both of us. Our team also has a social media person that keeps us active online while we are face to face with clients. I take pride in spending time with people upfront to review contracts and documents to make sure they understand before just signing away.
