I'm Amy Rankin..
I was born and raised in Michigan. My Tall Dark and Handsome Teammate, Chris Rankin, finally convinced me to leave Corporate America in the dust and help him make people's dreams come true on the Gulf Coast of Florida!
Chris and I blended the most beautiful batch of Girls 20+ years ago and have been blessed with marriages, son-in-law's, grandbabies and the luxury of having our own Palm Oasis in Venice with an annual calendar we can't wait to fill with dates from our chilly friends from the North.
I fell in love with the Gulf Coast decades ago and landed in Venice when insurance claim investigations and negotiations were my way of life. We found Venice quite by accident when searching for housing to move bikes, golf clubs, 2 cats (Nada Chance) and whatever I could fit in my car to make the move in 2018. Chris found a place in the community of Senior Men's Softball and I found every hidden beach parking space, thrift shop, homegrown music and craft cider within 100 miles.
