Amy Maidment is a REALTOR with REMAX Connections and works out of both the Rancho Bernardo office, and her personal home office, in Murrieta. Mike Safiedine, the Broker/Owner of REMAX Connections and Amy agree that integrity is their #1 Commitment. Amy's Integrity and the Fiduciary Duty she owes to her clients, will never be undermined by self-interest, benefit, greed, or self-gratification. She will completely support every client's best interest, 100% of the time. Amy has represented people in numerous types of sales Amy spends extra time earning designations that will help her sharpen her skills and increase the number of people she can assist. Amy holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) designations. With 26+ years history as an agent, and multiple market cycles, Amy is familiar with the different types of sales each cycle brings and is able to explain and lead you through the short sale, bank-owned, probate, pre-foreclosure or trust sale process. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming at times, so Amy communicates regularly with both her clients, the cooperating agent, escrow and the title rep or officer (if necessary) to ensure all parties are on the same page and anticipating next steps. The home buying process can seem overwhelming so negotiations of the contract and inspections and great communication are key to a successful closing. Every transaction includes a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, to handle compliance for the transaction paperwork, reports, etc. Partnering with RE/MAX Connections allows Amy to serve at the highest level, combining strong systems, a supportive environment, and 26+ years of experience. Amy's commitment is simple: to guide you through your real estate journey with professionalism, care, and expertise every step of the way.
