Amy has been a resident of the Shenandoah Valley since 1982. Over the past 12 years, she has had a successful career as a full-time Real Estate Agent with her client base, listings and sales continuing to grow. Amy's expertise includes intimate knowledge of the Northern Shenandoah Valley of VA & Eastern Panhandle of WV and their small-town cultures.
Much of her practical training and strength as a Realtor comes from working in different capacities in the Real Estate industry for more than 15 years, establishing close relationship with other real estate agents, brokers, and developers. Amy's sales and listing inventories have resulted in continued recognition as one of the top-producing agents for RE/MAX Roots.
Amy specializes in residential properties in the Northern Shenandoah Valley of VA & Eastern Panhandle of WV and is experienced in the marketing and sales of the finest local properties. Her strong negotiating skills, contract knowledge, and use of the latest technology add to her tools of success. Amy’s goal is to exceed expectations through consistent, clear communication, high professional standards, courtesy, and discretion, as well as being personally available to her clients.
Amy and her team have been recognized multiple time by the Blue Ridge Association for Realtors, with the most recent presentation of the Sapphire Club Award for sales of $6 million plus within a year. She has also been inducted into the 100% Club by RE/MAX for levels of productivity that were more than double the industry average. Amy and her team are ranked within Top 100 producers for RE/MAX Virginia.
In her spare time Amy likes kayaking, crafting and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and listening to live music. Amy enjoys being a mother to two adult daughters & step-son. She currently lives with her husband & their furry friends.
