I love what I do for a living!!! I've lived in Bloomington/Normal for almost my entire life so my main service area is the twin cities and the surrounding Mclean county area. I spend most of my time primarily focusing on sellers and getting them top dollar by staging and detailed preparation for the sale. I work with buyers on a referral basis and would love the opportunity to share my knowledge, access to my local top lenders that receive appraisal waivers in this tough market and access to properties BEFORE they go live by networking with my team and fellow full time agents in the area.
