Allen grew up in Boston, Mass. and moved to Flagstaff in 1980 to attend NAU and received 2 degrees in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism and Marketing. While in college Allen, Decided to follow the family business of 2 generations and get into real estate. in 1984. Allen worked with Coldwell Banker for 33 years before to moving to RE/MAX. Allen, has been married for over 31 years to Patty Ginsberg who also is a Realtor too. Allen and Patty have 2 adult boys. Allen and Patty are very involved in the Flagstaff Community.
