Hello! My name is Alison Morando at RE/MAX Preferred here in sunny St Pete Beach, Florida. I’m a friendly and easy-going real estate agent that can help you buy or sell, whatever your real estate needs are. I currently live in a beach community on the intracoastal waterway and have relocated to the Tampa Bay area from New England now twice. My husband and rescue dog enjoy the beach, walks around the neighborhood, biking and boating and kayaks and generally getting out on the water as much as we can, oh and we LOVE to eat out and and try all the local restaurants beach and DTSP. I have a ton of personal and now 5 years professional experience in residential real estate to lend. And a career background in design and user experience, I take pride my ability to listen and understand your needs and bring a vision and focus to help my clients sell their home, or find them the perfect new home or renovation project.
