I'm Alex Goumilevski, an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Realty Services, licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia. In 23 years of full-time real estate I've sold more than 700 homes and over $400 million in property, and I've consistently ranked in the top ½ of 1% of agents nationwide. My RE/MAX honors include the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards, the Diamond and Titan Clubs, and the Chairman's Club in 2024 and 2025. I focus on Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Northwest DC and Northern Virginia. Nearly all of my business comes from past clients and the friends and family they refer, which I consider the best measure of the job I do. For sellers: Preparation and pricing make the biggest difference in what a home sells for. I work with a trusted team of contractors who can handle the paint, flooring, fixtures and repairs buyers notice, quickly and cost-effectively. Before we go live, we study the market closely, including what's for sale, what's under contract and what has recently sold, so your home is priced and positioned to stand out. Then I negotiate every detail to get you the best possible result. For buyers: I'll help you find the right home and understand exactly what you're buying. With years of renovation experience, I can tell you what a house really needs, what it should cost and where the value is before you write an offer, and I negotiate hard on your behalf.
